Joining the Crew

When you visit a lot of churches, at times it can seem that it’s like a cruise liner, with the majority sipping pina coladas on the deck, whilst a few frantically wait on them as crew!

Living Hope Community Church isn’t a cruise liner - it's a lifeboat!
All hands are needed on deck to serve as crew, from children’s ministries, to the chair, worship, sound, cleaning, maintenance, and welcome teams, if we’re to fulfil Christ’s mission.

We want to help you discover what part God has shaped you to play in his church.

Every single one of us is unique and we’re committed to helping you discover your unique SHAPE for ministry. Your shape is made up including:

S – spiritual gifts
H – heart (your area of passion)
A – abilities
P – personality
E – experiences (life, educational, ministry)
